RETURN POLICY

David Daffer Designs wants you to enjoy your experience of doing business with us on line. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, of any in-stock item, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of its shipment. It is our responsibility to ensure that your shopping experience is safe and hassle-free.

Please contact David Daffer Designs immediately if damage is noted on your parcel when you receive it from us.  We will contact you and work out any problems.  ALSO, IF THERE IS AN ERROR ON OUR PART AND YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM OR THE WRONG SIZE, PLEASE CONTACT US AND WE WILL CORRECT IT AT OUR EXPENSE.

To return or exchange your jewelry purchase, please follow each step below:

1. Contact us by email through our "Contact Us" tab (at the top of the Home page), and tell us that you wish to exchange or return your item(s), and why (damaged, wrong size, wrong style, etc.).  Please include in your email your daytime phone number in case we need to contact you by phone.  We will be in touch with you quickly to work out your situation. We will then give you a Return Authorization number (RA #) to write on the outside of your package.  Please note:

**  Your package will not be accepted without the RA number clearly written on the outside of the box.

**  Used items may not be returned.  The jewelry must show no signs of wear, damage or alteration of any kind, and must be accompanied with the original packaging, and a copy of the invoice must also be included in the return box.

**  Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Shipping costs will not be refunded on returns.

2. To exchange an item (after following all info above), indicate on the invoice the item (a short description)  and item number you wish to exchange for.  Your account will be credited for the amount of the returned item (less shipping charges) and then charged for the replacement item plus new shipping charges to ship it back to you (unless it is our error).  Be sure to include the style number and price of the new piece of jewelry.

3.  To return an item (after following all info above), indicate on the invoice the reason for the return.  Your account will be credited for the amount of the returned item less the shipping charges.

4. BECAUSE WE DO ART FESTIVALS, WE REQUEST THAT ALL RETURNS BE SENT VIA U.S. MAIL TO OUR P.O. BOX, IN ORDER TO SECURE YOUR PACKAGE UNTIL WE ARE BACK I OUR OFFICE.  David Daffer Designs is not responsible for the loss or damage of returned shipments.  You are responsible for all insurance and shipping costs.  Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, damaged, uninsured returns or returns without an RA number will be returned to sender.

5. When David Daffer Designs has received your returned item, it will be processed within 10 business days.  A credit for the jewelry will be issued to your original method of payment (via Authorize.net's secured site) within 10 days of receiving your returned jewelry.
