All chain is sterling silver with a palladium finish. The palladium helps the chain to have the same finish look of our pendants and is a strong metal in the platinum family. All of our bales on our pendants accommodate up to a 3mm chain.

I originally ordered the Firefighter’s Wife charm and chain set for myself, after noticing this beautiful design being worn by another fireman’s wife. My husband loved mine so much, I ordered him one for his birthday. Then our daughter wanted a Firefighter’s Daughter set! That was 10+ years ago! My husband’s chain finally broke last month after all the wear and tear over the years. My husband and I have literally worn our necklaces daily for the last 10-12 years!! I was so excited to have found DD on Etsy after all this time and I ordered my husband a new chain immediately! The quality is outstanding, their designs are impeccable, and shipping was super fast! I love this wheat chain. Very well made…has weight and durability so that no special pendant is lost. I especially love how it lays on my neck to compliment the cross I ordered. I tried other chains of mine and they just hang in a v shape. The wheat chain lays nicely with width. This chain is well made, I highly recommend the wheat chain. Loved working with this seller…he was very accommodating with all my questions.

I absolutely love the 2mm wheat chain I purchased!!! It matches the description perfectly…and the quality is totally there. I’ve actually now have bought 3 of them.
